This practice is done by lying down in savasana in a non-heated room. The Wisconsin Power Yoga team will guide you through a brief synchronized vinyasa flow prior to prepare you to be guided through the process of Yoga Nidra or “effortless relaxation” with Jordran McCormick.
For the final portion of this workshop, Jordan will gently introduce Tibetan sound bowls, an ocean wave drum and chimes to enhance your present-moment awareness.
