At Wisconsin Power Yoga, we are dedicated to providing consistent yoga classes that empower our students to cultivate strength, flexibility, and mindfulness. Although we teach a variety of yoga styles, we make every class achievable for all levels.

In addition to getting a kickass workout, you’ll gain strength with your practice in mindfulness. We believe in the holistic benefits of yoga, and our teachings extend beyond the physical postures. With an emphasis on meditation, pranayama (aka Breath), and yogic philosophy, we strive to provide a well-rounded yoga classes that follow the Eight Limbs of Yoga.


Power Yoga

Synchronized Power Vinyasa is a unique style of vinyasa flow that matches your breath with each movement. These classes heated to 95 degrees with 70% humidity. This is our "bread and butter" class where we emphasize breath-focused attention. Be prepared to sweat and leave feeling relaxed - all levels are welcome!

Slow Flow Yoga*

Based on the same fundamentals as our classic synchronized power yoga but slowed down in less heat. This is low-impact, which helps you focus on your body in each pose gradually. There is more alignment building in these classes. This class is a modified version of our Power Yoga and a great stepping stone into our regular classes.

*This class is heated to only 90 degrees with 50% humidity.

CORE Yoga

Based on the same fundamentals as our classic synchronized power yoga but with an emphasis on strengthening your core. We'll use yoga poses, sequences, and breath awareness in a unique way to focus entirely on core strength. This classes is heated to 95 degrees with 70% humidity. This class is challenging, but you will always be encouraged to go at your own pace and take modifications.

Power + CORE Yoga

Structured from our signature Power classes, this class will also feature a couple series from our CORE class incorporated into the dynamic flow you know and love form our Power classes! This classes is heated to 95 degrees with 70% humidity. Be prepared to flow from breath to breath with an emphasis of strengthening your core.
