WORKSHOP | Pose Variations

This workshop we will go into how you can deepen your practice through breath awareness and body awareness.

Expect a 30 minute mini power yoga flow to warm up. We will practice the alignment of 4-6 postures along with variations to both decrease and increase the challenges of that pose. We will finish with stretching poses and a meditation.


Learn how to respond with your poses to either lessen sensation or create more of a challenge in your practice.
