It’s not about perfecting the poses, and it’s definitely not about how you look while doing it. It’s about challenging yourself, being present, and turning your attention to your breath.

Wisconsin Power yoga is driven to refine what ‘YOGA’ is for our community. We teach a class that encompasses all of the tools to lead you to a present state of AWE. We just so happen to also provide a kickass workout.

We work hard to create a class environment that is both accessible and challenging for people of all skills levels.

This unique style of vinyasa flow matches your breath with each movement. In every class, we move and breathe together as one. Our studio is heated to 95 degrees and 70% humidity for all heated classes.

We welcome yogis of all levels, and give modifications and alignment cues to help make the class an attainable physical and mental challenge for every participants.
